Love it but Improvements Needed!
I love the caring managers and community here!! Plus the outdoors are kept up nicely... HOWEVER, the new owner, Allure Senior ... Lifestyles, needs to invest in a maintenance company to do deep cleaning of rugs regularly, as well as common areas. Also the gym equipment isnt working and residents dont have access to the movie room which are paid for in our community fee. These are my only complaints. Life at Chestnut Paks
I love living at Chestnut Oaks because is a friendly, caring community. The on site managers are also responsive. I m ... not happy with the cleanliness of the carpets which are badly stained and filthy. There needs to be shampooing of the rugs on a regular basis. Happy to Call Chestnut Oaks Home
I love Chestnut Oaks except the maintenance of the property. It is billed as luxury living, but the upkeep of the inside ... building areas does not hold up. I am embarrassed that the carpeting throughout the building has not been shampooed since it was installed over three years ago. A professional cleaning service is desperately needed.
